Withdraw from the contract

Step 1 of 2 — Complete the request

You can withdraw from a purchase made on this website within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party you designated other than the carrier, received the product. The period runs from delivery, not from the order date.

Withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised. Excluded sizes are listed in the terms of sale.

Opening or removing the packaging does not cancel the right of withdrawal. You are liable only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Fill in the form and confirm: two steps. You can also use the model withdrawal form. Registered mail is not required. Model withdrawal form. Terms of sale.
