SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Delivery
Certain purchases of our Products include free standard delivery with UPS anywhere in the continental U.S., unless otherwise indicated to you at the time of purchase. We currently do not ship internationally. By placing an order for delivery through UPS, you agree to all terms and conditions of UPS, including those available here.
Once you've placed your order, our Products typically ship within two (2) business days. Transit time is determined by UPS but typically takes two (2) to seven (7) business days within the contiguous United States based on stock availability and shipping location. If a Product is not in stock, it may take between four (4) and six (6) weeks to ship. Please keep in mind that UPS Ground does not typically deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery may also take longer during/after the holidays, special sale events, or severe weather conditions.
We will try our hardest to make sure your Magniflex Products are delivered in a timely manner without any delays, but take no responsibility for any delays that are due to circumstances out of our control. Since UPS and other delivery providers are third parties, we are unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers.

White Glove Premium Delivery
Certain purchases of our Products ship with our White Glove delivery provider FragilePak, who is our current third-party service provider for all White Glove services (subject to change, in our discretion, at any time). By placing an order for White Glove Premium Delivery, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies of FragilePak, including those available here.
Once you've placed your order, our Products typically ship within two (2) business days. Transit time is determined by FragilePak but typically takes two (2) to three (3) weeks within the contiguous United States based on stock availability and shipping location. If a Product is not in stock, it may take between five (5) and eight (8) weeks to ship. Please keep in mind that Delivery may also take longer during/after the holidays, special sale events, or severe weather conditions.
After a Product has shipped with White Glove delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you. To track your shipment, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and enter the tracking number provided to the FragilePak website, located here.
FragilePak will call you to schedule your delivery date and time once they have received all of your Products at their local hub. During your scheduled time frame, FragilePak will deliver your new Magniflex mattress to the room or location you identify. For adjustable bases, FragilePak will bring the items to the appropriate room or location, unbox them, and remove any additional packaging.
Please note that we may, in our sole discretion, choose to utilize White Glove delivery through third-party providers other than FragilePak, depending on the destination, time of the year and availability, among a number of other factors. In such case, the relevant third-party, as identified to you, shall be substituted for FragilePak through this Shipping Policy. Further, delivery transit times may vary in this situation and we will do our best to update you on a timely fashion should we experience longer than normal delivery times.
