Standard Delivery – UPS



Certain Mattresses, Pillows, Toppers, and Foundations can ship with UPS.
Once the order has been placed, the mattress will ship within 48 hours and it will be delivered within 2-7 business days based on stock availability and shipping location. If the mattress is not in stock, it may take between 4-5 weeks to ship. Processing and shipping time may be up to 72 hours longer than usual during national holidays and special sales events.

Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 2 business days. After a product has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package on their website as it makes its way to you.

To track your package, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and enter the tracking number provided to the UPS website https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=WT/. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays or severe weather conditions. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Since UPS and the trucking companies are third parties, we are unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to target your delivery date.

Premium Delivery – White Glove



Certain Mattresses, Foundations, and Adjustable Bases ship with our white glove delivery provider FragilePak.
Once the order has been placed, the mattress will ship within 48 hours and it will be delivered within 2-3 weeks based on stock availability and shipping location. If the mattress is not in stock, it may take between 5-7 weeks to ship. Processing and shipping time may be up to 72 hours longer than usual during national holidays and special sales events.

Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 2 business days. After a product has shipped, you'll receive a trucking pro number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays or severe weather conditions. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

During your scheduled time frame, our delivery partner will bring your new Magniflex mattress to the appropriate room. For adjustable bases and foundations, our delivery partner will bring the items to the appropriate room, unbox them, and remove any additional packaging.

Our delivery partner will call you to schedule your delivery date once they have all of your products ready to go at their local hub.

Please note that may assign a white gloves delivery to companies other than FragilePak depending on destination, time of the year and availability. Delivery times may vary in this situation and we will do our best to update you on a timely fashion should we experience longer than normal delivery times.
