RETURN POLICY
About Magniflex’s Return Policy:
We believe you will fall in love with your Magniflex Products. We want everyone to get the best sleep possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Magniflex products purchased directly from the Magniflex website please contact us at 1-888-381-8481 or info@magniflex.us. If you purchased them from an authorized Magniflex retailer, please contact them directly.
Please note that in-home delivery, setup services, shipping, and disposable fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once a return is processed.
Every Magniflex mattress purchased directly from the Magniflex website comes with a 90-Night Sleep Trial. Since all mattresses have a break-in period, we ask you to try Magniflex for 30 nights before initiating a return. To be eligible for a return you must still be within your 90-Night Sleep Trial period, but at least thirty (30) days into such period, and the mattress must be clean, undamaged and used with a mattress protector.
Magniflex toppers, foundations, adjustable bases, accessories and close-out [or final sale] mattresses are excluded from this return policy. Magniflex's 90-Night Sleep Trial is only valid for first time purchasers. For Magniflex’s pillow Return Policy, please see below.
For Dual Core mattresses, if you feel that the core is too soft, before processing a return, unzip the mattress cover and flip the core. The mattresses arrive with both soft sides up. If you are still unhappy with your Magniflex mattress, we will process a refund of your mattress, less shipping charges. To initiate your return, please contact us as indicated above.
Other Items:
Toppers, foundations, adjustable bases, accessories and close-out [or final sale] mattresses are excluded from this return policy. All sales for the aforementioned items are final and non-refundable.
