Dualcomfort Silver has a silver covering which is removable and hypoallergenic; the padding is made of cashmere on one side and silk on the other.
As the original version, Dualcomfort Silver is made of two single identical mattresses joined together, made of three layers of different thickness: soft for softness and anatomical support and firm for rigidity and orthopaedic support.
